It is now possible to refer yourself to the physiotherapy services and avoid having to see your GP about it. Your request will be assessed by a physiotherapist and you will then be given the appropriate treatment. Please fill in the attached form and email it to the address specified.

DR FORD-YOUNG (14/06/2017)
After 28 years working at Broken Cross Surgery, Dr Ford-Young will be retiring this autumn. If Dr Ford-Young is your named GP you will be allocated an alternative named GP following his retirement and will be verbally informed at your next routine appointment.
The practice would like to thank Dr Ford-Young for all his commitment and dedication to the surgery and wishes him all the best for his retirement.
There is a book at reception in the surgery if you would like to write a message to Dr Ford-Young.
WASTED APPOINTMENTS (30/05/2017)
During the month of April, 21 GP appointments (4.5 hours) were wasted at Broken Cross by patients failing to attend their appointment. Please cancel your appointment in good time if you are unable to attend. We can then offer it to someone else who needs it.
